அன்புத் தோழர்களுக்கு வணக்கம் ! இன்று (27.05.2015) மதியம் CHIEF PMG அலுவலகம் முன்பாக , அஞ்சல் கணக்கு பிரிவு ஊழியர்களுக்கு ஆதரவாக அறிவிக்கப் பட்டிருந்த கண்டன ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. அவசர நிமித்தம் வெளியூர் செல்லவேண்டிய காரணத்தால் பொதுச் செயலர் தோழர். துரைபாண்டியன் அவர்கள் கலந்து கொள்ள இயலவில்லை .
தமிழக மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் மாநிலத் தலைவர் தோழர். J . இராமமூர்த்தி தலைமை வகித்து , அஞ்சல் கணக்குப் பிரிவு ஊழியர்கள் படும் அவதி குறித்தும் , அதன் பொது மேலாளர் Ms . ஜானகி அனந்த கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களின் சட்ட விரோத, ஊழியர் விரோத நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்தும் விளக்கிப் பேசினார். மேலும் தொடர்ந்து NFPE சம்மேளனத்தின் மூலமும் , மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் மூலமும் எடுத்து வரும் நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து விளக்கி பேசினார். அந்த அம்மையார் நிச்சயம் உடனடி இடமாற்றம் செய்யப் படுவார் என்று தலைமையிலிருந்து தகவல்கள் வந்துள்ளன என்றும் , இத்தனை இன்னல்களையும் தாங்கிக் கொண்டு போராடும் தோழர் / தோழியர்களின் முயற்சி நிச்சயம் வெற்றியடையும் என்றும் கூறினார்.
.பின்னர் மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் மாநிலப் பொருளாளரும் ITEF (வருமான வரித்துறை ) மாநிலத் தலைவருமான தோழர். S . சுந்தரமூர்த்தி , AIPAEA (கணக்குப் பிரிவு ஊழியர் சங்கம் ) அகில இந்திய தலைவரும் மாநிலத் தலைவருமான தோழர். சந்தோஷ்குமார் , NFPE இன் உதவிப் பொதுச் செயலர் தோழர் . S . ரகுபதி , தமிழக NFPE இணைப்புக் குழுவின் தலைவர் தோழர். B . பரந்தாமன் , அஞ்சல் நான்கின் மாநிலச் செயலர் தோழர் G . கண்ணன் , அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் அகில இந்திய செயல் தலைவர் தோழர். N .G . ஆகியோர் வாழ்த்திப் பேசினார் . முடிவில் ராஜாஜி பவன் மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் சங்கங்களின் கன்வீனர் தோழர் . பாலசுந்தரம் நன்றி நவில ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் இனிதே முடிவுற்றது. ஆர்பாட்டத்தின் கணக்குப் பிரிவு ஊழியர் சங்கத்தை சார்ந்த பெண் ஊழியர்கள் அதிக அளவில் கலந்து கொண்டது பாராட்டத் தக்கது. மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் பகுதியில் இருந்தும் அஞ்சல் NFPE உறுப்புச் சங்கங்களில் இருந்தும் சுமார் 300 ஊழியர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு கண்டன ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தை சிறப்பித்தனர் .PRINT மற்றும் ELECTRONIC MEDIA வில் இருந்து அதிக அளவில் நிருபர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத் தகுந்தது.
பொது மேலாளர் இடமாற்றம் !
GM FINANCE இடமாற்றம் செய்யப் படுவார் என்று ஏற்கனவே நம்முடைய JCA வின் 06.05.2015 முதலான காலவரையற்ற பேச்சு வார்த்தையின் போது நமது DG அவர்கள் தெரிவித்தார். அப்போதே கோப்புகள் TELECOM DEPT . மூலம்
உத்தரவுக்கு சென்று கடந்த 13.05.2015 அன்றே இடமாற்ற உத்திரவு இடப்பட்டது ஆனால் இந்த உத்திரவு அம்மையாரின் " அல்லா குல்லா " வேலைகளால் நிறுத்தி வைக்கப் பட்டிருந்தது. தற்போது இன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டது . அதன் நகல் கீழே அளித்துள்ளோம்.

| தோழர்களே! தபால்காரர் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற்று தென் சென்னை கோட்டத்தில் பணியில் சேரவுள்ள புதிய தோழர்கள் NFPE சங்கத்தில் இணைந்துள்ளனர். அந்த தோழர்களுக்கு தென் சென்னை கோட்டத்தின் சார்பாக மாபெரும் பாராட்டு விழா நிகழ்ச்சியை ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளார்கள். நமது NFPE - P4 சங்கத்தில் தென் சென்னை கோட்டத்தில் உறுப்பினராக உள்ள தோழர் இனிய மகேஷன் திரைப்பட இசையமைப்பாளர். இந்த பாராட்டு விழா நிகழ்ச்சியில் அவருடைய மகேஷன் இதயராகம் இன்னிசை நிகழ்ச்சியை அரங்கேற்றுகிறார். இந்த விழாவை ஏற்பாடு செய்த தென் சென்னை கோட்ட சங்கத்தின் நிர்வாகிகளுக்கும், விழாவில் இன்னிசை மழை பொழியும் தோழர் இனிய மகேஷன் அவர்களுக்கும் தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் நான்கின் சார்பாக வீர வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.   |

OPENING OF POST OFFICES
1441. SHRI DILIPBHAI PANDYA:Will the Minister of COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY be pleased to state:
(a) whether post offices have been opened in all the villages of the country;
(b) if so, the details especially to that of Gujarat and the number of post offices likely to be opened during the current financial year, State-wise;
(c) whether all post offices of the country, including those of Gujarat, have been equipped with e-mail, internet and computer facilities, if so, the details thereof; and
(d) if not, by when all post offices are likely to be equipped with above mentioned facilities, the details thereof?

(a) &(b) No Sir, However, Department through a physical network of 1,39,182 rural post offices, 1,795 Franchise Outlets (FOs) and 2,795 Panchayt Sanchar Sewa Kendras (PSSKs) are providing basic postal services to all the villages in the country. In addition to delivery, sale of stamps and stationery is also being offered through postmen/delivery agents, while they are on their regular visits to respective beats. Expansion of postal services by relocation and redeployment is an ongoing activity. This is taken up under Plan Scheme-“Rural Business & Access to Postal Network” subject to fulfillment of certain norms prescribed by the Department for opening of post offices, availability of Plan support and manpower. Postal Circle-wise physical targets for opening of 92 Gramin Dak Sewak Post Offices (GDSPOs) by relocation/redeployment including Gujarat for the current financial year 2015-16 is at Annexure-I.
(c)&(d) Yes Sir, all 25,468 departmental post offices including those in Gujarat have been supplied with computers & peripherals and out of this 24,465 post offices are having e-mail & internet facilities and also have been switched over to the new Wide Area Network as a part of “India Post IT Project 2012”. The remaining 1003 (including 9 post offices in Gujarat) do not have these facilities yet due to technical reasons which are in the process of getting addressed and remaining post offices will be provided with e-mail & internet facilities after solving these issues. Postal Circle-wise details of number of Post Offices Computerized and provided inter-net facilities is at Annexure-II.
